Mike began his auction career after completing his service in the US Army in 1972. Mike sold livestock auctions including the Arthur and Shelbyville sale barns, and sold outside sales for years before moving in the auto auction circuit, selling sales in Illinois, Missouri and Indiana. Mike opened his five acre auction center facility in Decatur, IL in 1984, and he and his wife Julie, sold weekly consignment auctions each Monday at 10 am, and sold a weekly dealers only auto auction each Wednesday night. Mike has been involved in many auctioneers professional organizations over the years, including being a past Illinois Auctioneer’s Association President, and is a 11 year in a row recipient of Decatur area’s best Auctioneer award from the Herald & Review. Mike resides on his family farm in Warrensburg IL, and shows cutting horses as a hobby.

Evan Hall
Owner
Evan grew up in the auction business working at Mike’s weekly consignment auctions and around all types of business closeouts, and farm sales. Evan is a graduate of Millikin University, majoring in Business Management, was a past President of the Macon County 4-H Foundation, President of the Macon County Fair Board, a deacon of the Illini Congregational Church and active in Illinois Grain and Feed Association, as well as Southern Illinois Builders Association. Evan is also Vice President, First Mid Insurance Group, and farms in rural Macon County. Evan resides in Warrensburg, IL.
